How Can I Get Involved?

South River UMC offers numerous ministries for people of all ages, from preschool age to senior citizen. Most groups meet once or twice a month for fellowship and growth through the study of god’s word. 
Children
South River UMC Preschool A ministry for children ages 2 years old to 4 years old. Preschool meets Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8:15am- 12:30pm.
 
A ministry for children in grades K-5. Young Believers meet on the first and third Sunday of each month. 
Pre-Teens & Teens  
A ministry for Middle and High School Youth. The youth meet at 5 pm on the first and third Sunday of each month, as well as throughout each month for fun activities, mission opportunities, and retreats.
Adults 
Offered 3 times a year.

The Men’s Bible Study is an informal group of men who gather together weekly throughout the year to share, pray, and study the Bible together. They are currently studying the NT book of Galatians.

Senior Citizens Good Timers
A ministry for all Senior Citizens who join together monthly for a covered-dish lunch, fellowship, and a program.
